Mindfulness is paying attention, on purpose, to whatever is going on in the present moment, without passing judgment on it. It is a useful skill to have in preventing, managing, and resolving conflict. Mindfulness reduces stress, improves emotional balance, and increases self-awareness. Mindfulness Coaches work one-on-one with the individual to improve his or her mindfulness.

30-Minute Online Consultation Fee – $100 (Free if you use us.)

Online Coaching Hourly Fee – $150 per hr. (2 hr. minimum)

Pre-Coaching Assessment Fee – $150
